Can I Cancel My Order?
To ensure fast processing and delivery, orders are sent to ourΒ fulfillment center immediately after confirmation.
For this reason,Β orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.
Please carefully check yourΒ items, sizes, and shipping detailsΒ before completing your order.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance withΒ European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your orderΒ within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you haveΒ another 14 days to return the product.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, non-personalized items must:
- BeΒ unworn and unused
- Be inΒ original condition
- Be returned inΒ original packaging
- Be accompanied byΒ proof of purchase
If you cannot find your order confirmation, we can usually verify your purchase through yourΒ email address or order number.
Return Eligibility
Non-personalized items may be returned withinΒ 30 days after deliveryΒ and are eligible for aΒ refund or store credit, provided they meet the return conditions.Β Personalized items are considered final sale and are not returnable.Β ForΒ international orders, items may also be returnedΒ within 30 days after delivery, but returns are eligible forΒ store credit only.

Extended Holiday Return Period
Orders placedΒ between November 12 and December 25Β may be returnedΒ within 60 days after delivery.
Personalized Items
Personalized or custom-made jewelryΒ cannot be returned if you change your mind.
However, they are fully covered under ourΒ Quality Promise.
If an item has aΒ manufacturing or production defect, we will replace itΒ free of charge.
Costs & Fees
Within the EU
TheΒ direct cost of returning itemsΒ is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product isΒ defective or delivered incorrectly.
Any original shipping costs will be refundedΒ in accordance with legal requirements (standard delivery).
International Orders
We currentlyΒ do not provide prepaid return labels.
Approved returns are processed asΒ store credit only.
Shipping costs and import dutiesΒ are not refundable.
AnyΒ administrative or processing feesΒ will be communicated in advance.
