At Mireva Jewelry, we understand that you’re excited to receive your order — and we do everything possible to deliver it as quickly and safely as possible.

Below you’ll find all the information about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During busy periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Europe

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

United States

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Rest of the World

7–14 business days (depending on location)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs procedures
  • Carrier delays
  • Busy seasons

No rights can be derived from the estimated delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping promotions
  • Free shipping above a minimum order value

Any active promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Mireva Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

If a package is refused due to unpaid import duties or taxes, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Loss or Theft

Under EU consumer law, the risk of loss or damage remains with the seller until the package has been delivered to the consumer.

After confirmed delivery, we are not responsible for:

  • Theft after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If you experience delivery issues, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier. Our support team will also assist you where possible.

Split Shipments
