At Mireva Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns simple.

30-Day Returns

Not in love? You can return any non-personalized item within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Returned in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Personalized Pieces

Custom-made or personalized jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned.

However, all personalized items are covered under our Quality Guarantee. If there’s any defect or issue, we’ll make it right.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we’ll share the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will replace or refund your item at no additional cost.

Orders are processed quickly, so they cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
