Lifetime Color Guarantee

At Mireva Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of our materials and craftsmanship.

All eligible jewelry is covered by our Lifetime Color Guarantee, under the conditions described below.

This guarantee is a voluntary commercial guarantee and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

What Is Covered

Our Lifetime Color Guarantee covers:

• Significant color fading
  
• Abnormal discoloration or oxidation
  
• Plating failure under normal personal use
  

This applies to jewelry made from:

• 316L stainless steel base
  
• 18K gold or rose gold PVD plating
  

Coverage applies only to discoloration resulting from material or manufacturing defects.

What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

• Scratches or surface wear caused by friction
  
• Damage caused by chemicals (such as perfume, bleach, cleaning products, chlorine, or excessive exposure to salt water)
  
• Improper storage
  
• Physical damage (bending, pulling, breaking)
  
• Loss or theft
  
• Intentional misuse
  
• Damage caused by repairs or modifications performed by third parties
  

Normal aging and minor signs of wear are not considered defects.

Definition of “Normal Use”

Normal use includes:

• Everyday wear
  
• Occasional exposure to water (such as showering or hand washing)
  
• Personal use without exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasive environments
  

Excluded from normal use:

• Commercial use
  
• Repeated chemical exposure
  
• Extreme conditions
  

Conditions for a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim:

Please include:

• Your order number
  
• Proof of purchase
  
• Clear photos showing the issue
  

We reserve the right to request that the item be returned for inspection before approving the claim.

If approved, Mireva Jewelry will:

• Replace the item with the same product, or
  
• Offer store credit if the product is no longer available
  

Refunds are not provided under this guarantee.

Replacement Limit

Each item is eligible for:

One (1) replacement under the Lifetime Color Guarantee.

Any additional claims for the same item are not covered under this guarantee.

Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the replacement item
  

If a defect falls under the legal conformity warranty, different rules may apply.

Important Legal Notice (EU)

This Lifetime Color Guarantee is a voluntary commercial guarantee provided by Mireva Jewelry.

This guarantee:

• Does not limit or replace your statutory rights
  
• Does not affect conformity rights under EU Directive (EU) 2019/771
  

If a product develops a defect within the legal conformity period, you may be entitled to free repair, replacement, or refund under national consumer protection law.
